Senior Functional Consultant Dynamics CE

We are the Dynamics Customer Engagement team at delaware. You will work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects from start to finish in a true project mode, with a mix of technical and functional work and a wide range of innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities and workshops with customers.
• Gather and analyze customer needs, and translate them into sustainable IT solutions using Service, Sales or Marketing business processes.
• Participate in the project lifecycle including analysis, customization, documentation and training, up until the go-live.
• Operate in a customer-facing role, communicating effectively, listening well, and coaching junior colleagues as appropriate.
• Help improve ways of working within the team and contribute to project success.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of professional experience as a Dynamics 365 CE consultant or a similar tool, with a focus on Service, Sales and/or Marketing.
• Experience working closely with customers and in pre-sales.
• Excellent listener and communicator, fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
